By using your plant’s own operating figures, it calculates the finished cost of producing truss componentry ready for the jig/press.
The model considers actual saw output, staffing and shifts, running costs, timber rates, waste, and equipment investment. It then uses practical “what if” scenarios to compare your current operation with or without the inclusion of pre-cut webs and creeper chords.
The analysis can reveal opportunities to reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, release valuable saw, and labour capacity, allowing your plant to increase production and build greater capacity to scale. Because the model draws data from plants across the industry, it also shows how your operation benchmarks against comparable fabricators.
